Your Milwaukee Rugby Club will be hosting their Annual Spring Social @ The Bottle March 30th. Weather permitting- we will have touch prior to the social! This will be kicking off our Spring season, as our first match is the following weekend! Our goal is to raise money for the club, but also to help raise funds for the club’s upcoming tour to England and Wales in May!

A lot of fun things planned such as; Bags tournament with prize $, team apparel, flip cup tournament, food, player auction, 50/50 raffles, and awesome prize raffles!! The rough timeline is as follows;

1pm- Arrival, $20 at the door for free beer, sign in for the bags tournament

1:30pm- Bags tournament begins- $5 entry fee, winning team gets money pot!

2pm- Food served. Team apparel- awesome tour shirts (thanks to Wade Williams), pins, bumper stickers, magnets, jerseys, and other Milwaukee Rugby gear will be on display.

3pm- First 50/50 Raffle pulled, sign in for the flip cup tournament.

4pm- Flip Cup Tournament- winning team wins a prize!

5pm- Player auction- auction off a player for any household (or other) needs!

6pm- Awesome prize raffle; including a generous Wiskullsin package (thanks to Joe Wiz!), booze raffles, apparel raffles, gift certificates, bar gift cards and many more valuable prizes will be raffled off! The 2nd 50/50 raffle pulled as well!

*This will be a 100% team effort and many volunteers are needed to make this a success. Please contact me if you can help with any of the following! Everyone needs to pitch in!

1. Helping with the pre party set up
2. Helping gather money and giving wristbands at the door
3. Helping with food/donation cup (should be multiple)
4. Helping organize Bags tournament
5. Helping gather the 50/50 $
6. Organizing flip cup tournament
7. Organizing player auction
8. Organizing final prize raffle
9. Bringing valuables to be auctioned off (most importantly)
10. Helping Cory and I secure gift cards
